Spire provides continuous on-site and remote training programmes to everyone within the business, varying from personal development, management, or technical depending on your specific role. As a business we believe it is important to ‘keep your feet firmly on the ground’ and try to give something back to the community so therefore each employee is given an extra two day’s annual leave to help their preferred registered charity. We aim to help shape our employees into the people they see themselves to be within the industry. We also encourage all team members, no matter what their job role is, to visit our customers sites and recently completed projects on a regular basis. This has proved to be a valuable tool for all employees in understanding the services and the ethos of how projects are delivered.
