Spire have been an excellent partner to work with, they took the time to understand what the school was looking for and were very good at answering our questions. I was particularly impressed with their ability to explain things to people of various technical knowledge levels. They clearly know the systems they are selling very well and can translate that knowledge into clear answers for people with a less technical background. In terms of the work they have done for us, they have always turned up when and where they said they would and delivered the project on time. The on-site engineers were very good at working around the needs of the school and at training the users.

The 3CX system was recommended to me by a number of schools and has proved to be an excellent product. The administrator interface is much more user-friendly than other systems I have used before and the system has been totally reliable. Whilst we are not using the full range of features at the moment anything that the school staff has asked for has been readily available.

I would happily recommend 3CX and Spiretech to any other schools. After working with them at one of our primary schools we have now engaged them to convert two others from analogue Panasonic systems.
