What am I looking forward to doing in my new role?
In my new role I am looking forward to facing challenges in the business world which is already proving to be different to the education sector of my previous role.
I am especially looking forward to being involved in several new IT projects and exposing myself to as many new technologies as possible.
What areas from your experience will you be introducing in your new role?
I am hoping to use my network engineering qualification and over 5 years of customer service experience to give myself a strong start into my new role.
I will also be bringing almost 4 years of IT support knowledge as well as the experience I’ve picked up in my own time due to having such a strong interest in all things IT.
